| Assistant Coach | Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NS NIS or a recognized institution; candidates with international participation or Dronacharya awardees are preferred. |
| Young Professional | Master’s degree or equivalent, or a graduate degree with 3 years’ experience; preference for international-level players or candidates with an MBA/PG in Sports Management. |
| Physiotherapist | Master’s in Physiotherapy with 3 years of relevant work experience. |
| Masseur | Passed 10+2 with a recognized certification in massage therapy; 2 years of work experience as a masseur/masseuse. |
| Strength & Conditioning Expert | Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sports Science, Sports Coaching, or equivalent; candidates with certifications such as ASCA Level-1, CSCS, or Govt. institution certifications preferred. |
